Intense one-hourish workout with a warm up and cool down on either end plus super mellow finish for the stretch. No top 40. Up and a little edgy. Tracks 1-3 are pretty much for pulling your shoes on and getting set up.Tracks 5-7 are for heavy weight or hill climbin' if you're on a bike. Cool down starts at about track 19.
