This is basically just a mix about Ianto's death and Jack's grief. The last song varies slightly in that pattern though if you read the annotation.

(Having said that...and created this...I'd like it to be made clear that I don't believe in COE Day Four, and as far as I know Ianto Jones is still alive and is just now getting in some adorable gray hairs which Jack thinks is sexy and brilliant, and they have tea and toast for breakfast, and spend lots of time with their niece Anwen, and Gwen and Rhys and everything is, of course, absolutely fine.)
