Combinations:
4 hip thrusts (alternating Right & Left)
2 chest circles
2 hip slides side to side
3 hip vertical drops (pause on the 4th count)
1 hip twist forward, step back
2 side hip drops on opposite hip
chest up down up
also alternating hip drops with hip shimmies and chest lifts & drops & shoulder shimmies...follow the beat of the music...smile and relax!
