Ok, speaking is one approach when it comes to conveying feelings; the words just flow spontaneously. What about writing your feelings down; could the emotional translation lose its blitz? Is there relevance to the saying “in one ear & out the other?” Kind of brings to mind this fellow Confucius, aka Kong Qui or K’ung Fu-tzu. Born around 500 BC, this Chinese philosopher loved being an educator, teaching family ethics, social interfacing, & the concept of self-discipline. Back then his ideas became the fundamental stepping stones for positive behavioral attitude & living life with integrity. Today, he’s still one of the most influential people in history.
