The first song is about going to therapy and delving deeper into your issues. The rest are just trying to get past your sadness and issues. They start off really sad, like the speaker is in the midst of a crisis and slowly get more optimist and happy and fast. I like how the last song closes the theme off and says basically, 'Eh, problems.. they come and go, but that's life'.
