Somedays I forget what it's like to not be so stressed that I lose sleep at night.
I worry that I'm not doing enough, or the right things, and I feel like I'm lagging behind the rest of my generation.

Same here. I stay up all night on my phone because I can't fall asleep. I can't stop, if I could just have one peaceful night where I fall asleep before I am able to get up and use my phone.

@southernislescello I do the same thing. When I can't sleep I stay up and read until I literally can't keep my eyes open anymore due to the strain.
